IDCardCo is the project responsible for the content of this website. For privacy questions, deletion requests concerning support correspondence, or a correction, email torquediary@gmail.com.

When you browse

Serving a website involves technical request information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. The website is published through OpenAI Sites, with Cloudflare infrastructure and domain services. Those providers may process request and security information to deliver and protect the service, under their own policies: OpenAI and Cloudflare.

The IDCardCo site code does not add advertising trackers, analytics SDKs, account registration, marketing cookies or a mailing-list form. Hosting and security providers may still use their own operational mechanisms. We do not control every provider log or retention setting and do not promise zero technical data collection.

Calculator and downloads

Card-size calculator values are processed in your browser. Our code does not send or store those input values. Download links request ordinary static files. Templates and examples contain fictional people and organisations, not customer records.

When you email

If you contact us, your email provider and our Gmail support inbox process the address, message and attachments you send. We use that correspondence to respond to your request and retain it as needed for that purpose. Ask us to delete correspondence you no longer want us to keep; we will consider the request and any retention obligations that apply.

Please do not include real card records, staff photographs, identity documents, credentials or sensitive personal information in an initial support message.

Search measurement and external links

Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools may report aggregate search and indexing information about this public website. We do not send calculator inputs or personal card data to those tools. External websites and email services have their own privacy practices.

Android is a separate context

The Android preview stores card records and normalised photos locally, and offers user-directed exports and backups. Those files may contain personal information. Store billing and other release integrations are still being configured. A release-specific app privacy notice and store disclosures must match the version actually distributed; this website notice does not replace them.

We will update this notice when website behaviour changes and show the revised date here. No sale of personal card information or advertising use is implemented by this website.
