These terms cover the resources website, its original downloadable templates and sample files. No app purchase or subscription is offered by this site.
What this website provides
IDCardCo provides card-design resources, technical guidance and a preview of an Android app in development. We do not print or deliver physical cards, issue official identity documents, verify a person’s identity or provide an access-control service.
Free original template licence
You may download, edit and use IDCardCo’s original SVG templates to create cards for an organisation you are authorised to represent, including internal commercial use. No attribution or payment is required for that use.
You may not sell or redistribute the unchanged source templates as a template collection, claim the original designs as your own, or use IDCardCo’s brand to imply endorsement. This licence does not grant rights in third-party names, logos, photos or other content you add. Obtain the necessary permissions yourself.
Samples and appropriate use
Sample people, organisations and identifiers are fictional. Replace them before practical use. Create only cards you are authorised to issue. Do not use the resources to impersonate a person or organisation, misrepresent an official credential, or create a counterfeit government document.
Check your own output
File previews and guides are supplied as practical starting points without a promise of suitability for every printer, holder, stock or workflow. Check dimensions, spelling, permissions, safety and privacy before distributing a card. Physical print accuracy and scan compatibility need testing on your own setup.
We make reasonable efforts to describe resource limitations accurately, but resources may contain errors. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.
App availability and purchases
The Android app is a development preview; no public store availability or current price is promised here. iOS is planned later. Future store purchases will have their own published terms and platform requirements. Website SVG downloads are distinct from the app’s bundled templates and paid features.
